Ever since that star destroyer flew over the screen in the opening scene in Star Wars I knew what I wanted to do the rest of my life. When I wasn't studying film at San Francisco State or working as a elementary school PE teacher on weekends I would drag my friends out to film our version of the great american tale.
After repeated attempts at trying to work for Lucas Films my frustrations brought me to the deck of a cruise ship. For an entire year I worked as a disk jockey for Carnival. 60 cruises and several hangovers later it was time to jump into the belly of the beast and move to LA. I landed at Video Symphony to concentrate on editing. Upon graduation I began my career as a freelancer. Landing jobs with such networks as NBC, Discovery, and the History Channel eventually coming back to Video Symphony as a instructor.
I relized I needed to do something for myself. Having always loved professional wrestling as a kid I began working on what would become my first feature length documentary. What I thought would take only a couple of months eventually took 5 years and I loved every minute. Now I look forward to sharing it with everyone else.
